The hotel offers spacious rooms for a group of three, with ample storage and room for everyone to get ready simultaneously. However, cleaning could be improved, as we found hair from the crew in the bathroom. Overall, a decent stay compared to other Fairmont properties we've visited.
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and offers spacious and clean rooms, but some cleanliness issues were noted in the bathroom. The service provided is personalized and exceptional, with various amenities available. The dining options are good, but some areas in the facilities could use improvement.
I stayed at the Fairmont hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were just as expected for a Fairmont hotel - very clean, comfortable bed, and a spacious, clean bathroom. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to many attractions in Downtown Chicago. While the service was friendly and accommodating, there were moments when the staff seemed a bit unenthusiastic. The dining options were good, although the service was slow initially. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient for my stay.
